Repeat prescriptions can be ordered in the following ways:

• In writing either by fax:

  Gooseberry Hill: 01582 528719
• By letter
• Or personally deliver
• You can hand in either your computer slip or complete one of the forms that can be found at both surgeries.
• Request repeat prescriptions using our online services

Please allow 3 working days or 72 hours (not including weekends) after ordering for your prescription to be issued.

Repeat prescriptions are generally issued for a period of one month on a monthly basis in accordance with advice from the Department of Health. Treatment is normally reviewed six monthly and you may need to make an appointment to see a doctor.
